We had a fantastic stay at a well, located hotel, with a restaurant just across the car park. the room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was recently refurbished. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even organizing an early check, in for us. the breakfast at the adjacent Beefeater restaurant was freshly cooked and offered a great selection. We were impressed by the hassle, free and welcoming service provided by the team. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
There was an issue with the bar food service, where we experienced poor service and delays in receiving our meals.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The reasonably priced meals offered at the Beefeater Restaurant attached to the hotel were good.
The staff were not well trained and had to bear the brunt of customer complaints. The food was bad;

Location was convenient, close to popular fast food chains and supermarkets, with ample parking available. the room was quite spacious and seemed clean upon arrival. it was nice to have breakfast included with the room.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made loud, squeaky noises with any movement. the pillows were too thin and offered no support.
